Two GOP senators said Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore should not be a member of Congress amid allegations that he sexually harassed teenage girls when he was in his 30s.
The allegations are stronger than the denial, and Roy Moore should find something else to do. I think that theres a strong possibility with a new Republican candidate, a proven conservative, that we can win that race in Alabama, Sen. Tim Scott, a Republican from South Carolina, said on Fox News Sunday Morning.
Sen. Susan Collins of Maine said she finds the sexual misconduct claims against Moore credible.
I read his explanation. I listened to his radio interview. I did not find his denials to be convincing at all, Collins said on CNNs State of the Union. So, from my perspective, there are credible allegations against him.
She said Moore should not serve in the Senate.
I hope he does not end up in the US Senate, Collins said.

Wow, Scott and Collins, boy am I surprised
.....not
When they call the roll in the Senate the Senators don’t know whether to answer “Present” or “Not Guilty”.
.
Scott and Collins are way overdue for replacement!
Moore will be a rare high quality senator.

>> “Being a Judas POS must be a requirement to be a senator from South Carolina.” <<
Appears to be so!

Shame on you Tim Scott.
I expect this crap from Susan Shakeyvoice Collins. But not from you.
I am so disappointed in what Tim Scott. He is my senator and I thought he had promise. He said people from Alabama need to decide this. So why is he changing his tune now?
I’m thinking Tim Scott has sold his soul to Mitch McConnell.
Bummer with Scott. You’d think he’d understand that his type is the first to be attacked when they wonder off the reservation, as in Justice Thomas.
Regarding Collins, just like Kay, she’s a woman and will always go with the tribe before supporting the country.
Scott evidently on the take....
I saw an inscription on a CNN site supposedly from the yearbook that said very little to create the atmosphere of improprieties. But on CNN sites, how do you guess whether it was legit or not. And they are not after Moore, they’re trying to make the Tramp administration look ugly trying to solicit votes. They are running for their political lives and they are throwing all caution to the wind. And it can only get stupider and stupider. And having the GOP people help them is stupid.

Disappointed in Tim Scott.
I’ve been using a line of his in my comments online, sometimes with attribution.
“Disagree without being Disagreeable”
I’ll keep using it but without attribution.
South Carolina Republicans have really disgraced themselves. It’s hard to believe the tolerance voters have for Lindsey Graham, Nikki Haley taking down Confederate symbols and Tim Scott’s antics.
I get the sense that SC Republicans have some kind of Stockholm Syndrome.
Anyone from SC have any insight?
Good question. What the help is wrong with SC?
Tim Scott is the black Lindsey Graham. Nothing more. Hes a terrible US Senator.
