You can’t make them change their behavior but you can make it cost. That’s a life lesson for today.

Leftist rag GQ magazine outrageously named Colin Kaepernick its Citizen of the Year.

I file this under boys going to high school proms in dresses being awarded "Homecoming Queen" and Obama getting a Nobel Peace Prize before even taking office. No doubt Bruce Jenner would have been crowned "Miss America" if only he hadn't come out as a Republican.

Just a bunch of warped Leftists awarding each other meaningless trophies and awards to make them feel good about themselves.

>>Sunday, November 12th, I joined fellow veterans in their national boycott of the NFL. However, I do not sense that thousands tuning out the games made much of a difference. NFL players and management still display a screw-you-America attitude. America hating Leftists never back off or surrender ground.

The single guy on the landing craft didn’t make D-Day a success or win the war. But everyone on the beach, pressing forward no matter what, did! Don’t do a silly boycott for a day. Give up the NFL forever. Just walk away from the circus and never come back. I hope that no one’s life is so empty that they need the NFL to fill it.

Make the NFL become No Fans Left. Be a permanent boycott of One.

What a defeatest article. The boycott matters if only by getting the complacent to put their time and money to better use.

Boycotts are ineffective against leftist institutions. Leftist feel better being “poorer yet righteous.” This underpins their acceptance of self-defeating confiscatory taxation and “green energy” subsidies, for example.

It does little for little guys like us to bad mouth individuals anywhere. It just takes a toll on our well being as it raises stress and anger. One way to deal with this is to ignore the stimulus and tune them out. I can not tune out football as the government converting tv to HQ killed the signals near me so I have to go out of my way to pick up games. NFL is an easy death in my life as I have no desire to resuscitate it.

“America hating Leftists never back off or surrender ground.”

Boy, that is 100% true. That’s the one and ONLY thing to admire about Leftists. They never, never, never, never, never give up!

But to what end? Why try to DESTROY a Nation that grants you the FREEDOM to destroy it in the first place? I hate to break it to them, but they’re not ALL going to be at the top of the Food Chain if that ever happens.

...I do not sense that thousands tuning out the games made much of a difference.

Okay!

Since you say it ain't worked, I guess we'll all have to abandon ship and get right back to the moronic staring at the TV screen while the heroes of the gridiron provide us a little bit of diversion from the everyday mundane drudgery of life's pursuits.

And here I had found so much other stuff to do while that crap was on.

Oh, well...back to the Lazy Boy.

Not.

I don't care whether THEY got the point or not...I got the point...and I'm the one that matters.

To hell with the NFL.

You don’t have to be intelligent to play in the NFL.

In fact, I wish colleges and universities would stop offering athletic scholarships to first year students. Real students should be able to get in on their own. There is more than enough grant and loan money for real students to get into school.

Most these players would be filling up our prison system if they weren’t propped up by a phony system that calls them student-athletes. Let real students play the game. The boneheads that play in the NFL would have to achieve academically or not have the opportunity.

Sooner or later we have to draw a line. We conservatives are famous for shrugging our shoulders as the left push further and further into our lives with their bs.

I’ve placed the NFL in my no-go zone. They don’t deserve my attention, or my money. College football is a worthy replacement.

Saying the boycott didn’t work is babble. It has cost around $500 million dollars already and the thugs are still rolling down hill.
When contract renewal time comes around tell me about what a failure the boycott was.
You’re wrong Lloyd.

Organized boycotts can fail. People are tuning out. Don’t need a boycott.

no they won’t change so quickly, pain has to get unbearable before a person will change, usually. Some times it takes repeated pain.

Regarding NFL boycott, stay the course and time will tell. Initial boycott means nothing due to high salaries and tv revenue. Once advertising revenue drops and tv contracts are renegotiated we will see player salaries drop. Today’s college players will have less of a financial future thanks to the selfish and disrespectful actions of today’s players.

It matters. The NFL simply has a few bucks to wait this out but those bucks are very draining to them. Keep boycotting their anti-white, anti-American racism. They are near their breaking point.

“Lloyd Marcus, The Unhyphenated American”

A very good article.

I cross link to the article below, because Mr. Lloyd Marcus explains why we do not have enough in common anymore.

“Do Conservatives And Liberals Have Enough in Common to Keep A Country Together Anymore?”
