He won even though more than a dozen women accused him of sexual misconduct, and roughly half of all voters said they were bothered by his treatment of women, according to exit polls.
Now, as one prominent figure after another takes a dive, the question remains: Why not Trump?
"A lot of people who voted for him recognized that he was what he was, but wanted a change and so they were willing to go along," theorizes Jessica Leeds, one of the first women to step forward and accuse Trump of groping her, decades ago on an airplane.

I guess that’s what tears of sorrow look like in print.
GOD keeps His Promises...
ISAIAH 54:17
No weapon turned against you will succeed.
You will silence every voice
raised up to accuse you.
These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord;
their vindication will come from Me.
I, the Lord, have spoken!

and then there’s ‘people recognize political hit jobs and didn’t believe you’
Trumpers to MSNBC:
“You better get some ice for that.”
Tell them you are paying cash and no insurance and they will see you today....
Hey Meathead, this is easy to understand. 100% of the Women in YOUR neighborhood and the entirety of Hollywood Women would immediately Drop their Pants if a Billionaire like Donald Trump showed interest in them, he did not and does not have to Sexually Assault or Harass women to get in their pants, unlike the majority of Fat, Ugly and Stupid players in Hollywood.
Liberal movie director Rob Reiner tweeted: “Ivanka believes Roy Moore’s accusers. But the more than 12 women who accuse her father of sexual abuse are all liars. The difference is?
oops, that was the quote from article
As Rush predicted.
I think a lot of people heard the Billie Bush tape, rolled their eyes after recognizing it for what it was and said “Well that’s just a boorish talk...”. And when the women came forward, as I recall it was just a hint of a suit and they all disappeared.
My common response when liberal acquaintances say something to the effect of “well what about Trump in the Billie Bush tape?” is “well which is worse....the totally crude discussion or the reason that got to hear that discussion?” With a bit of explanation, that usually ends things right there....
Trump engaged in guy-talk. Period.
The American people heard about those allegations and elected Trump. End of story.
Quick, somebody call the Waaahmbulance!
I wonder how Meathead feels about Franken writing a SNL script that had his Daddy Carl raping him with his friends while casting the Dick Van Dyke Show.
Rush talked about that one this week.
Amen!
CBS Evening News started off with the Franken story last night, and then quickly pivoted to the women accusing President Trump. Somehow, to CBS, the Franken story morphed into another hit at Trump. Almost as if to say, if Franken must face ‘investigation’ (although with photo evidence, what’s to investigate?) then so must Trump. After all, it is the seriousness of the charge, not the nature of the evidence.
Leeds is such a lying c*nt. NO ONE corroborates her story of being groped by Trump on an airplane decades ago, not flight attendants not friends, no one.
Trump’s locker room talk wasn’t something to be proud of. It was childish and unprofessional. But he owned it, apologized and moved on. No one is perfect and he handled it the right way. I compare his actions against those of the other choice we had for president: the dangerously corrupt, hubristic, greedy, unrepentant sociopathic malignant narcissist entitled Dame of the Clinton Crime Syndicate. Trump was the only choice.
