Pray for spiritual awakening and revival. God’s Holy Spirit is moving in Asia and Africa and South America.

The West is deteriorating.

What we need is a Third Great Awakening in the west—Europe and North America.

Heaven is looking better all the time. The world and it’s stank not allowed to crossover to the eternal abode.

In this country we have judicial activism.

In Australia, they have democratic activism.

And it all leads to the same place.

Thank government schooling

Can't really blame that for Australia's secularism (and I agree Australia is a very secular nation now) - a third of our children attend private schools, most of which are religious. We have one of the highest levels of private schooling in the world, private schools, including religious schools, receive some government funding, and in most states religious instruction is allowed even in government schools as long as parents can opt their child out of it.

No, Australia's secularism comes from somewhere other than that.

And who didn't see that coming? The entire anglosphere is going nucking futs!

Don't worry. The radical Muslims we're handing everything over to aren't going to put up with any of this crap.

Perhaps it is in Australia as it is here, that humanism and the social gospel have bled into the “mainstream” Christian churches. Throw in the media and entertainment, and you’ve got an awful lot of trash thrown at children.

Yes, I think that is true to some extent. I left the Anglican Church myself because it has embraced too many ideas that I don’t think are compatible with true Christianity - and the same is true of a lot of the major denominations.

I have thought along those lines too. People have troubles or they make troubles. We don’t have peace because deep down we aren’t made for it.

No, they won't, and a lot of homosexuals in Europe are slowly starting to figure this out.

Of course we've already found out who wins the "diversity" sweepstakes between queers and Muslims; It's Muslims by a wide margin.

The concept is an oxymoron and just shows how mich further down the rabbit hole our civilization has fallen

The concept of gay marriage is not an oxymoron at all. I don't understand why married couples should not sometimes be glad, happy, or gay--<somebody offstage whispers in my ear>--what? huh? How can two guys be married to each other? They can't even generate babies...which was the whole biological process the tradition evolved around....

There is no better way to fraud a vote than by mail.

The vote is irrelevant; if “No” would have prevailed, the sodomite hordes would have found some judge, either stateside or internationally, to “invalidate” the vote and impose fake “marriage” on the populace.

likely to be passed into law by Christmas

Happy birthday, Jesus!

That's probably about what we'd do here in the states if we had a referendum today, sadly.

I wish. Unfortunately, queers now pay women to carry their seed.

For dykes of course it’s always been as easy as a trip to the sperm bank, or nearest bar.

We already have it here in the states.

What state is left that continues to define marriage as only between one man and one woman?

I don’t know of any. So the battle is already lost here, literally, until Society by and large retuns to a foundation rooted in God. Or until Jesus returns in Glory. And I don’t see either happening in my lifetime.

At least Oz did it by referendum, instead of by fiat like some states (judges) did, just changing the definition via law suits instead of legislation.

I don’t live under a rock, in a cave, on Mars, so I’m aware of the 2015 judicial fiat, thanks. ;d

I was merely commenting on the fact that I think we’d do about that same as the Oz result if we did have a referendum, 60-40 at best, that’s what current polling is, sadly.
