A day after explosive allegations of sexual assault surfaced against Alabama senate candidate Roy Moore, the Republican Party’s senate campaign arm has severed financial ties with the embattled former state supreme court justice.
A joint fundraising committee benefitting Moore and a handful of Republican Party organs filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on Friday removing the National Republican Senatorial Committee as one of its beneficiaries. Going forward, the committee’s fundraising will benefit Moore’s Senate campaign, the Alabama Republican Party, and the Republican National Committee but not the NRSC.

My God - one unsubstantiated accusation and they’re pulling funding?!
This is McConnell and McCain thwarting the will of the people and interfering with the Republic.

God, I hate the republican party.
When he gets to the senate, I hope he plants one on McTurtle, crashes his specs, and crushes the bridge of his nose. Then he can invite him for satisfaction out on the lawn, at 10 paces.
Make an explosive allegation that is unfalsifiable (how can you prove those incidents didn't happen nearly 40 years ago?) When the target of the allegation is unable to falsify the allegation, he is destroyed.
Smells like Dan Rather.
What we see here is the deep state fighting back. No outsiders allowed in Washington.
The GOP arm is just another arm of the fascist democrat party.

I just left a little note on McConnell’s facebook page.
Told him his little setup was not going to work.
They tried the same with Trump!
All they needed was an excuse, and they got one. They aren’t even waiting long enough to see if there is any truth to the allegations.
What a load of crap this has become
Charges are made strategically 1 month before election, and within 24 hours, every RINO from McStain to Mcconnell to Collins demands Moore leave, simply because “accusations are so serious.”
Now they are cutting funds and talking up Luther Strange
This has all the hallmarks of a stinking RINO plot.

I just wished that McConnell’s neighbor had beaten the $hit out of him instead of Rand Paul’s “commie neighbor” having blindsided him.
