Does the U.S. have an extradition agreement with Saudi Arabia? I have heard that we do have extradition agreements with some countries (like Russia) that have very different cultures. The agreements require that the crime the foreign government is alleging be something that is also illegal in the U.S.

It has been a year an Sessions has done nothing. Sessions has either been building a case to could pull God himself down from heaven and convict him or
he is doing nothing.
The only thing that Sessions has done that I remember at all is advocating for asset forfeiture which really pisses me off.
