Getting cold here too...snow tomorrow.

The news keeps saying we should be able to see the Northern Lights here in town the next few days...the clouds need to go away first. I will keep going out on the deck and checking the sky. I have seen them here in town before....beautiful!

You better get her to a warm winter spot soon...both for her benefit and yours. BRRRR! Cold ride.

Howdy, Kathy.

Looks like you survived the first part of the week. Do you need to buy a wig or did you manage to not pull all your hair out? LOL

My Brother has a trailer, but that would mean he would have to drive it 26 miles to me, and 26 miles back.

I’ll just choose a nice day, suit up, and have my sister and BIL follow me to my brother’s house.

Then I will treat them all to lunch and sis can drive me home (she lives in the same park as i do)

Howdy do, Conor. *HUGZ*

I wondered if y’all would take a break from renos what with the holidays zooming in. It’s been a hectic summer and it’s time to kick back and enjoy some socializing for a while. :-) Fun times ahead.

President Roosevelt's words in his 1942 State of the Union:
"January 6, 1942 "Our enemies are guided by brutal cynicism, by unholy contempt for the human race. We are inspired by a faith that goes back through all the years to the first chapter of the Book of Genesis: "God created man in His own image." We on our side are striving to be true to that divine heritage. We are fighting, as our fathers have fought, to uphold the doctrine that all men are equal in the sight of God. Those on the other side are striving to destroy this deep belief and to create a world in their own image—a world of tyranny and cruelty and serfdom. That is the conflict that day and night now pervades our lives. No compromise can end that conflict. There never has been—there never can be—successful compromise between good and evil. Only total victory can reward the champions of tolerance, and decency, and freedom, and faith."

Howdy, my.

There’s a band I haven’t heard in a while and I don’t recall hearing that song before. It’s a good one.
