I think you mean Venezuela
How about North Korea or Vietnam or Laos?
Good opportunity to see capitalism in action...in “black” markets.
Might help if the Right quit calling it “capitalism” (Marxist terminology) and called it FREE MARKET ECONOMICS.
The country would be a whole lot better off if the minimum voting age were 25.
(Exception: members of military, who could still vote at 18).
There should be a Commie-Land at Epcot Center, where these idiots can wander around the dirty polluted streets and stand in line all day at an empty store for half a loaf of moldy bread. Then one in a hundred can be pulled out of line at random to be tortured and shot.
Give them a taste of the authentic Commie-Land experience.
On the money.
Of course they are.
The concept of work=lifestyle was never taught to them and the socialists in post ed have made it clear the “work” part is optional.
Young idiots who have NO idea what Communism is all about except what they were taught by their far left Commie dictator professors. These young fools walk around screaming about how Capitalism is evil while talking on their 1,000 iPHONES..gotta love stupidity
Of course they are.
Socialism and Communism always find young skulls full of mush to be fertile soil for their poisonous ideologies and ideas.
Always.
I disagree. Use the word capitalism and take pride in it. Too much running away from who and what we are.
Do not let them frame the terms of the debate. Show them who and what we are and let them see that our ideas are superior.
Free market? Is that the place someone goes to buy a unicorn or make a deal with a leprechaun?
When computers and robots replace ALL (or virtually all) forms of “wage income”, something WILL have to be done, I just don’t know what. We’ll know soon enough.
By “wage income” I include Doctors, engineers, nurses, attorneys, accountants, etc.
They need to be sent to Venezuela for 6 months.
Tell the little Snowflakes they can’t have a smart phone if we don’t have capitalism and see how quick they change their mind.
That exchange is telling.
People in this country traditionally had faith in capitalism because it brought wage growth and prosperity.
Globalism has produced decades of wage stagnation.
Resulting in the undercutting of public support for capitalism.
Globalists shooting themselves in both feet.
They don’t know anything about capitalism, have not been taught it, and have no experience in doing it. Communism is the shiny new cool thing their professors were in love with, and you’re supposed to do what you love, right?
At the end, he NAILS exactly what you referred to in your post...brilliantly done (as always) by Bill Whittle...:)
While there, check out his other short videos about Government, Capitalism, Socialism, Money...etc. All extremely well done, and entertaining to watch!
They can't be any more ready to "talk about it" than the young adults of late-1960s America were, when the glories of Communism were being celebrated in every media outlet and we had the USSR's phony Potemkin-village economy to function of an example of how great Communism is.
Today, we've got North Korea. Yeah, that'll convince a lot of young skulls-full-of-mush.
My 17-year-old daughter has become an avid follower of Ben Shapiro. I didn't do a single thing to influence her in that regard, and never heard of the guy before she told me about him.
