Senator Rand Paul's injuries are much more serious than initially reported. FIVE broken ribs, 3 of them "displaced" (which means rib fragments might have punctured lungs, blood vessels, organs etc.). Lung contusions, also.... A victim can bleed to death from such injuries.
The POS bastard who did this needs to be charged and prosecuted for maximum possible charges.
