The reason I assert that President Donald John Trump Sr. and Talk Show Host Rush Hudson Limbaugh III have easy jobs is that all they have to do is to be themselves. What could be easier?
Rush Limbaugh honed his skills of communicating what others have written into providing a better overall understanding of a topic as it develops. I call it a craft.
An example is to listen to Rush summarize the reports in the media regarding the “dossier”. He is summarizing the fact of who reported what and when. That does not assert that the reports are factual, just that it was reported.
“Can you think of an easier job?”
1) If you mean “Can you think of an easier job [than being yourself]?” well, no, I can’t. But it should be pointed out that Rush Limbaugh, who I admire, struggled so much with trying to be himself (as he has admitted on his show) that he ended up dependent on painkillers.
2) I don’t think Rush is just “being himself” when on air. He has a radio personality which he has developed over many years. This is why some people say - after meeting him in person - that he is not who he sounds like on air. The real problem there is that they take his on air pomposity as anything other than a deliberate joke/satire on Limbaugh’s part.
3) If Trump and Limbaugh have such easy jobs, why can’t everyone do what they have done as successfully as they have done it? Why isn’t everyone as successful by simply “being themselves” if that is the secret to their success?

President Trump has been attacked far more any any President since Lincoln.
They are trying to impeach him on bogus charges and even go after his family.

No president in my lifetime, and I’d venture to state perhaps since our founding has had so many entities go full tilt against him.
Trump’s job is not easy. Frankly, Rush puts in a massive amount of work to produce and deliver what he has day in an day out for over thirty years.
Who ever said being yourself is easy?
It isn’t necessarily so. Both these men have massive numbers of enemies in their own nation.
Rush is a globalist that is slowly coming around to economic nationalism. It has been a long process.
If you want to know how tough a job Rush does, go into your utility room or bathroom for three hours and talk to a stick...everyday! The preparation will kill most folks by the end of the month. Rush has been doing this in an entertaining fashion for more than 30 years. Yes I know there are breaks for news and commercials but it’s still a daunting task. Rush did a “fourth” hour the other day and he talked for 60 minutes straight. That’s not easy for most.
Not a joke : give me enough opiates and I can talk the ears off a brass monkey. My mind just clicks and out my thoughts come. Has to be some but not too much. Found that out legally btw. I wonder if that was part of it for him.
I’m not bashing him. We all have our weakness and failings. Usually it’s not public.
If it’s so easy you try it.
