If you're a "cisgender straight white male," the Democratic National Committee doesn't want you.
In an email obtained by the Daily Wire, the DNC's Data Services Manager, Madeleine Leader, sent an email to staff announcing eight new positions on the DNC's IT team.
But in the name of diversity, she asked employees on the email chain not to send links to job postings to cisgender straight white men. Cisgender refers to people whose gender identity matches their sex at birth.
"I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, since they're already in the majority" of the IT team, Leader wrote.
Leader has not made a public statement – but that didn't stop the DNC from throwing her under the bus, and reaffirming its hiring practices as being open to everyone.
“The email in question was not authorized by the DNC nor was it authorized by senior leadership," said DNC spokesman Michael Tyler to Fox News. "All hiring decisions at the DNC are made consistent with the DNC’s commitment to equal employment opportunity and hiring an inclusive and talented staff that reflects the coalition of the Democratic Party because our diversity is our greatest strength.”

Attention all cisgender white males - do not vote for these people.
The headline says “white people” while the text says “white males.”
White folks in the Democrat Party makes as much sense as Jews in the Democrat Party - and Christians - and those with IQs over 60....
White males are white people.
But not every white person is a male. If the letter is specifying straight white males, then the headline should represent the context. Hence, the conflict.
Note to author: If you use the term “cisgender” to describe yourself you are probably secretly a fag.
When I graduated from high school in 1978 I had designs on becoming a fire fighter/EMT. Went down to city hall to check the open jobs board and sure enough there were positions open. In reading the announcement there it was right there: “BLACK APPLICANTS ONLY”....I’ll never forget that.

i dont see the problem here.. in fact publicizing this is a problem. if they want to hire irrational and insane people why would we want to stop that??
