DNC: White men shouldn't apply for tech jobs

That’s the message out of the Democratic National Committee’s hiring team, currently on the hunt to filll multiple vacancies in their tech department.
The political organization, which routinely makes grand statements about inclusion, recently sent an email to its employees looking to recruit people for eight open spots including IT Systems Administrator, Product Manager and Chief Security Officer.
Though the Oct. 30 email says that the DNC is looking for a “staff of diverse voices and life experiences,” it apparently doesn’t mean white men.
DNC’s Data Service Manager Madeleine Leader purportedly wrote in an email that the desire for diversity excludes “cisgender straight white males.”
Leader adds, “I personally would prefer that you not forward to cisgender straight white males, as they are already in the majority.”

That is why I have been writing down “Saxon” or “Czech” or “Finnish” on papers that require me to say my ethnic background.
The only time I was questioned is when I put down “Nebraskan”, and that was by an Oklahoma grad.
The dem party should never get another white male vote either. Fair is fair.
The DNC is going to end up with the dumbest IT people in the country.
Especially after those killed in “a botched robbery”....

That is certainly only fair for liberal white men, who push such rules for the rest of us.
Since I am “white”, and a networking technical guy by years of learning (usually the hard way), I think I will search out and apply for these positions.

I believe thar it’s time for an EEOC investigation. If those two are in management, then the DNC in a great deal of legal and financial trouble if a complaint is made and the EEOC is honest.

In my field, there would be no aircraft electronics, zero, if you got rid of white men. It is all done by people that beat their head against the wall for 10 years before they really know what they’re doing and I have never seen a woman who beats her head against the wall learning circuitry.
