Hmmm...
I'm beginning to wonder. Why would Podesta step down so quickly and ahead of time? Is it because the investigation uncovered some sexual proclivities that will take him down in spectacular fashion?
Inquiring minds want to know...

No, I think he stepped down quickly because the path leads to Hillary and Bill.

There’s a May thread about the Podestas cashing out and buying art and jewelry in Europe.

lobbyists rushed to make sure theyre in compliance with the rules Finding an error in someone's paperwork can be a useful pretext to drag them into court, but let's be clear: these people are not in trouble because they made an error in their paperwork. It's much bigger than that.

Unless he disappears from the face of the earth what’s the difference if he resigns? He can put Hill and Bill down as long as he breathes air.

Obviously, there are still leaks.
My gut says that Tony got the memo. He will be indicted...along with Marc Elias.
Be patient.

Happy to see K Street foreign operatives in the spotlights. Finally.
K Strret is NOT on our (citizens’) side.

So why hasn’t Podesta been indicted yet? Why no raids in the middle of the night to search his house?

Gonna be some spirit cooking times ahead.

"The news of Tony Podestas resignation from his namesake firm and indictment of Paul Manafort and Rick Gates sent K Street scrambling, as lobbyists rushed to make sure theyre in compliance with the rules."Good, I hope they get a taste of the crap we've had to eat like Sarbanes Oxley, and Dodd Frank for all these years, and any other legislation that has stymied the Private Sector, much of which I am sure they had a hand in. I am not calling for Cowboys in the Financial arena or any other, by back in the day the Compliance Dept was also known as The Commission Retention Department.

Is it not they who wrote those laws?

Must read. Mueller may have been shut down just like Lynch and Comey. Now he gets his chance to take care of business. If Mueller was truly anti Trump why would he indict the Podestas? His investigation may go all the way.

Probably a Clinton Cabal-type deal that if he gets out of the limelight....he is not pursued, there is no indictment, or real impact on his overall wealth. It could be no more than the most minor of inconveniences for the Podesta boys.
I hope otherwise.
