There is no value in my getting into any discussion with you about anything, regardless of how benign or serious, there is no merit.

Sometimes a person can do something that benefits our side, not because they are noble and honorable , but because it benefits them best.
Is Mueller a committed leftist? Willing to lose all for “the cause”?
Or just another of the well connected thousands in DC who do whatever benefits themselves the most on any given day?
If he’s the latter he could have seen the writing on the wall, that Trump is here to stay, and is doing what he’s doing to promote his own personal agenda for his own benefit.
So you don’t have to believe that Mueller all of the sudden sprouted wings and a halo to be acting in ways that benefit us, even if only as a side consequence.
Maybe Trump knew that self promotion or self preservation would be Muellers driving motivation and used it to our advantage.

Also, as someone who has been very hard on you in this thread says, I don’t believe that anyone of any gravitas has insuated that Mueller is “an angel” or is Trump’s best friend now. Yourself included.
I think like any man, Mueller has found himself in that awful “oops it’s caught in my zipper” situation and is trying to find the least painful way out for himself.
