Democratic Rep. John Lewis (Ga.) wished a happy birthday to "Madame President Hillary Clinton" on Tuesday afternoon, even though Clinton is not actually president of the United States.

His problem is that he does not understand the US Constitution. It nowhere mentions the “popular vote.” Our president is elected by the electoral college. The electoral college elected Donald Trump, not Hillary Clinton.
The Founders did not want the heavily populated states to have a consistent advantage over the lesser populated states.
Trump won the so called popular vote if the votes from LA and NYC are subtracted.
Somebody buy him a newspaper.
Shows his level of education..
Guess he too is not recalling WHO won and Who lost...
Oh she will probably be president of her ........cell block....
Yeah, “happy birthday”. Now bend over for your upcoming spanking.
He got the madame part right.
Thanks. My bad. It gets harder and harder to keep track of ignorant “empty buckets”.
Oops. There I go using a racist epithet again.
Massa Hillary
Hahahahaha!
The left is criminally insane!

She’s President of the Swamp.
You got that right.

Another flunky disconnected from reality.
This is what people who are nuts do.
Too many blows to the head all those many years ago. Normally I would feel bad for him and be grateful to him for his courage to stand up for his beliefs but he blew it big time when he became a part of the subversive, leftist, America hating radicals in this country! Go pound sand you moron!!!
Funny I didn’t recognize the name, but my mind’s eye pictured who it might be, and when I looked it up, it was just who my mind thought it would be.
Pity John, he took too many bumps on the head back in the day, which causes his current disorientation.
