It did not “wane” during the 70s-90s. It wormed its way into the institutions and quietly began to exude its toxins into the body politic. It is no surprise when something like BLM or the women’s march for genital mutilation or even the ludicrous rodeo clown/saloon whore from Florida springs full blown out of nowhere.

The hard core left has colonized America much the way MRSA will colonize a body joint, waiting for the right agitation to explode into life-threatening disease.

Actually the Left set the NFL trap, knowing that the reaction from the right would escalate the issue into a battle. As to who wins, I got news for you. If the NFL is critically wounded, a piece of traditional Americana goes down, and the Left wins. If the a-hole Kaepernicks win, The Left wins.

How, in the end, does America win, if the cost is the loss of America’s great pastime of the last sixty years?
