Cretin of the week (above)– Fredricka Wilson – congresswoman from Florida. It turns out that Florida is a “all party consent” state meaning all parties to a phone call must consent to any “interception.”  Fla. Stat. ch. 934.03. Intercepting the audio rather than the wireless signal (such as via use of the speakerphone function or an extension phone) is a third degree FELONY subject to up to 5 years imprisonment. ALL PARTIES have to consent if one side of the conversation wants to allow another person to listen in. It is also illegal to “disclose ... to any other person” the contents of any call that were obtained by that interception. Sooooo the Lying Bitch(TM) violated Florida law TWICE, and is now a Lying FELON ... and still a bitch. LOCK HER UP! (but lets NOT hold our breath – we KNOW how fairly the left receives justice)

Had leftover Chinese chicken this morning. Will throw the rest of it, leftover chicken and dumplings (not LC) into a soup pot for dinner. Already boiled down the bones. That’ll be the last of the package of chicken we’ve been eating on all week. It’s cold today so soup will be most welcomed.

The wind blew in the annual Halloween freeze. Haven’t been able to sleep the past few nights for all the pecans and branches hitting the roof. Had to turn off the 24/7 fans and turn on the heater for the first time last night. But turned it off this morning to crack open the back door for the furbabies to come and go. My 30 year old warm cozy throw had to be retired last year so I’m bundled in a beach towel, ha! Hey, this is TX so it was the first thing I found. Need to dig in the closet for something more appropriate. Naw, it’ll be 80 tomorrow.
