The state Supreme Court will hear arguments on Nov. 14 in the closely watched case involving the families of victims of the Sandy Hook massacre who are suing the gun manufacturer that makes the weapon used in the shootings.
The families of 10 victims filed the lawsuit in January 2015, seeking to hold the Remington Outdoor Co. liable for the massacre because it marketed a gun to the public it knew was made for military use.
Adam Lanza shot his way into the Newtown school on Dec. 14, 2012, and fired 154 bullets in about five minutes from a Bushmaster AR-15, killing 26 people, including 20 first-graders.
The lawsuit also named Camfour Holding LLP, the guns distributor, and Riverview Gun Sales Inc., the East Windsor gun shop where Nancy Lanza, Adam's mother, bought the AR-15.
But the lawsuit was dismissed by Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis, forcing the families to appeal to the states highest court.

We need three more Constitutionalists on SCOTUS. If we get that I’ll heave a sigh of relief.

There was no shooting and these were never ordinary parents. ALL of it was staged. Just do a little research on “Sandy Hoax”.

They are actors and gun control activists.

...seeking to hold the Remington Outdoor Co. liable for the massacre because it marketed a gun to the public it knew was made for military use. Yeah, because no military uses them. These stupid people are going to end up mortgaging their homes to pay attorney fees because the gun control zealots want to grandstand.

Who is funding them?Who is funding them? Groups like Brady will send the lawyers. When they get hammered for all the attorney and court costs, they'll be on their own.

The relatives in the Aurora movie theater case got stuck with the tab when the court threw their case out and awarded damages to the defendants. The gun grabber scum who goaded the on left them high and dry.

Remington needs to counter sue the families to recover all legal fees and expenses.I think at least one manufacturer did that in the Colorado shooting and won damages.
The courts should demand the lawyers pay the fees.
