WASHINGTON — House Republicans from the Freedom Caucus held a small meeting on Capitol Hill to Tuesday delve into the ongoing investigation of former House IT staffers who performed work for Democratic members.
Republican Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert, Republican Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan, Republican Iowa Rep. Steve King, Florida Republican Rep. Ron DeSantis, and Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry all gathered at a Rayburn Office Building room to talk to three witnesses about the case.
The first witness, Luke Rosiak, a reporter for the Daily Caller News Foundation who has covered the House IT staffer case extensively, told members in his opening statement, “There has been substantial misinformation put into the public realm about this matter, both maximizing it and minimizing it.”

ITEM---Back in 1992, the House was faced w/ a banking scandal. Then-Republican Minority Whip Newt Gingrich, along with 7 freshman Republicans made the difficult strategic decision to publicize the scandal. Gingrich actually got the Democrat Speaker Tom Foley to publish the troubling details....... resulting in 77 House members, mostly Democrats, resigning or being ousted by fed-up taxpayers. Some faced felony charges.
ITEM---Today there's the monstrous House security breach by tech staff w/ charges of wrongdoing being bandied about. Democrats hired and PAID their IT's w/ our tax dollars but Democrats refuse to come forth and do the right thing by the American taxpayer. Americans are kept in the dark as to the status of their safety and security....and the profligate use of their tax dollars to subsidize some mighty shady activities in Democrats' offices.

Webb is the tour de force behind the Awan investigation, not Rosiak. Why Rosiak is only now going to Gohmert is because Webb & Goodman have been there, done that. He’s a day late and a dollar short.
Daily Caller has very few viewers. Unfortunately, this piece of Rosiak won’t get far. Goodman has reproduced at great expense full warning document packages and dropped them at dozens and dozens of Congressional Member’s offices during last recess. So many more than Freedom Caucus are informed.
Rosiak is a shill for FBI insiders. We don’t always know which FBI, either McCabe JTTF FBI or Field FBI.
Rosiak shills BS and carries it to Hannity as when he appeared to say that Imran Awan’s discovered laptop and documents in a Longworth phone room were a setup to frame Wasserman-Shultz by Imran Awan. At least Webb & Goodman make retractions and apologies when they get it wrong, and they always thank the viewers and participants who correct them. In fact, Webb is frequently asking viewers and participants to check details of a working theory. Whereas, Rosiak is above us all in his own mind.
When Dobbs interviews Webb, that’s when the SHTF and I will be ready to call it.

A sadder aspect focuses on the Obama mission creep that was making its way in DC. Members of Congress and the DC culture began to think in terms of the Obama zeitgeist, rendering dumb and neutered those entrusted to be forever vigilant.
The DC Beltway sewage was also dumbed down by the fact that during the Obama years the five richest counties in America all centered around DC while the rest of the country languished to a large extent. Life was good in DC, thus all hail Obama.
Imran was sending money and gifts to government officials in Pakistan and received protection from the Pakistani police, multiple relatives claim. A Democratic aide also said Imran Awan personally bragged to him that he could have people tortured in Pakistan.
Imran's relatives said Awan and his brothers were also sending IT equipment, such as iPhones, to the country during the same period in which fraudulent purchase orders for that equipment were allegedly placed in the House, and in which congressional equipment apparently went missing.
Awan’s stepmother, Samina Gilani, said the brothers were paying off a Pakistani police officer Azhar Awan and that he is their cousin. Facebook confirms that Azhar works for the police and is Facebook “friends” with the congressional network.
A source close to the investigation, who was not unauthorized to comment publicly, said the FBI generated suspicious activity reports on the suspects that were hundreds of pages long, based on their large cash deposits and international transfers.
A fellow Democratic House IT aide, speaking on condition of anonymity because of concern for his career, recounted a conversation between Awan and three colleagues in a House cafeteria several years ago in which Awan seemed to relish bragging about his ability to have people harassed in Pakistan.
“He wanted to build a CRM [customer relationship management software] but he wanted to do it in Pakistan,” the aide told TheDCNF. “But the government doesn’t allow that. They have to be American, but Imran said, ‘Well, we can say that they’re American, but really they’ll be in Pakistan. " ==============================================
Imran's attorney told The New York Times that, in the words of the paper, “the money transfer represented the latest payment by his client for a piece of property he was buying in the country.” (cue laugh machine here)
All window dressing. The DNC Servers were connected to the Clinton foundation Network. No one wants to look into the facts. Awan has bank fraud charges and no one else has any link whatsoever. They will drag this out as long as they have to. Plea Bargain to Awan. Everyone else will skate and no one will ever know what is in those computers.
Don’t we have US Attorneys? Don’t we have an FBI? Don’t we have a DOJ? Why are they all absent?
