I’ve heard that all the lower floor windows can be easily opened. It is possible and the idea of a strobe light seems more nutty than the muzzle flashes of a gun when there were many people stating multiple shooters as well as the sounds of simultaneous guns not echoes.

When I saw the graphic pic of a dead body, the first thing I noticed is it looked like a MUCH younger body than the pics of the 64 year old Paddock. No #13 tattoo on neck and the beard looked different and a noticeable adams apple on dead body and tighter jawline of a younger person than a 64 year old.
