I’ve heard that all the lower floor windows can be easily opened. It is possible and the idea of a strobe light seems more nutty than the muzzle flashes of a gun when there were many people stating multiple shooters as well as the sounds of simultaneous guns not echoes.
The strobe light has been proven. Again, and again, and again.
Videos show it flashing before AND 7 hours after the shooting.
The cab driver video show it flashing while there is no gunfire audible.
In the scanner recording an officer specifically mentions the strobe light after the firing stopped.
