He’s in the ballpark. I’m thinking of a four letter word that does start with H, and does have an e in it as well, but that is the only vowel.
Seriously though, most of them are not migrants in the traditional sense of people coming in to join themselves to a society that they admire in a productive way. That sort of migrant might legitimately be called a warrior of hope.
