If you think there is an upside to Communism, at all, youre doing it wrong.
So it should come as no surprise that the New York Times released this op-ed:
For all its flaws, the Communist revolution taught Chinese women to dream big http://nyti.ms/2wNBFqo 8:11 PM - Sep 25, 2017
The story of an across-the-board elevation of womens status under Mao contains crucial caveats. nytimes.com 3,449 3,449 Replies 274 274 Retweets 390 390 likes Twitter Ads info and privacy
From the NYT:
Researchers also observed that after marriage factory women often experienced slower career advancement than men as they became saddled with domestic responsibilities that left them with little time to learn new skills and take on extra work, both prerequisites for promotion. State services that promised to ease their burden, like public child care centers, were in reality few and far between. Unlike their counterparts in developed countries, Chinese women didnt have labor-saving household appliances, since Maos economic policies prioritized heavy industry over the production of consumer products like washing machines and dishwashers. But these women were able to dream!
Are you kidding us?

Is there anyone on erf who was surprised that the NYT would have high praise for the most murderous communist evah?
The Cultural Revolution bloodbath is the NYT’s wet dream
For all its flaws... at least some of us would get to be the elite and Lord it over you deserving-of-nothing-good serfs! /s
Flee at last!
Flee at last!
Thank Mao the Mighty!
We Flee at last!..................
It was described as “very bad”.
So bad , in fat, people starved and some resorted to cannibalism.
The good news, I guess, is that under communism the press people would be the first to be herded off to the communist reeducation camp. That and the college educators.
For all its flaws, AIDS is a fantastic weight loss plan.
The Cultural Revolution bloodbath is the NYTs wet dream
Meanwhile, NYT circulation will be awesome as everyone will be forced to read their paper (at gunpoint).
For all it’s flaws, Communism promoted sky-rocketing vodka sales and consumption.
The NYT has been home to Communist sympathizers since the time of Stalin.
NYT staff would be the first executed as the pawns of capitalist propaganda and an enemy of the people.
Why don’t they go to N Korea and see the glorious role of women in a communist state. The pretty schoolgirls are raped by the party bosses emulating Kim Jon Fatturd. And if they were treated like Otto Warmbier, no one would notice because NYT staffers are already brain dead and in a coma.
Next in the NTY op-ed series: “How being on Death Row helped me lose weight”.

Hearing useless eaters discuss the merits of communism is always funnny because, after the revolution, the intellectuals, criminals, disabled, lame, and lazy always die first because they don’t contribute anything and an anti-prosperity economy can’t support them. So, basically every Democrat without actual trade skills is going to die right after the Glorious Workers Revolution.
Well in America the journalists wouldn’t need to be herded off to re-education camps. They are some of the most devoted to the communist agenda. Besides, you can’t re-educate what was never educated in the first place.
Ask them how it’s working out in Venezuela.
Here is one:"China is a very capitalistic society. That is one of the most striking things when visiting the nation. It is Communist and very, very capitalistic. "
