A federal appeals court revived Texas’s anti-sanctuary city law Monday, allowing key parts to take effect — including a prohibition on cities and states trying to thwart cooperation with deportation officers.

Police and sheriff’s departments also are required to comply with detainer requests when the federal government asks that illegal immigrants be held for pickup, under the 3-0 ruling by a panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The first thing the Attorney General ought to do is bring charges against Sanctuary Sally Hernandez, the poor excuse for a sheriff of Travis Co. (Austin). She has been a disgrace to the state of Texas since Day 1.

Yes!

May the Travis County Sheriff be the first test case.

5th Circuit also upheld Judge Hanen’s injunction against DAPA, and in so doing pretty much ruled it unlawful. Seems there is one good U. S. Court of Appeals out there.

And soon that same court will hear the NFL’s appeal of the stay ruling by Texas judge on NFL suspension of Zeke Elliott for 6 games. This even the only NFL investigator to speak with Elliott’s accuser said his accuser’s remarks were dodgy and recommended no suspension for Elliott.

and the 9th Circus will try to put Sancuary in the garbage. Then the SCOTUS will revive the ban on any Sancuary Locations.

Seems like a no-brainer to me:

SUPREMACY OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT

[2] This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

[3] The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Bringing charges must be implemented by arrest, a perp walk and jail for at least 48 hours.

Scum must be treated publicly as scum
