The answer I get back is that Moore is a "strong" heterosexual Christian.

I think the last democrat senator in AL left in 1997. I suspect the GOP will
win regardless of which candidate gets the GOP primary nod.

I’m not sure but Strange is not well liked by most for being so corrupt in general..which is likely why McConnell and Ryan want him.......they like to use guys like him to do the grunt nasty work so they don’t look like their hands are dirty.
It’s my understanding that Moore has his own unethical baggage... but it’s forgiven because he’s a strong, heterosexual Christian.
Isn’t that always the case...it’s like choose which one has the least gravest sins compared to the other.

Well, we know Jennifer received quite a lot of money after the campaign was over because we can see the financial records. Maybe she earned it and there was some reason for the campaign to pay her those huge sums to an LLC formed after the campaign.
We do know from court documents that she gave the address of where she would be living in 2011 but the house wasn’t foreclosed on and auctioned at below market value until 2012.
We do know that Gov. Bentley had an affair with his much younger mistress, sometimes in his office in the capital, because we have a recording of it. We know that he was indicted and pled guilty and is now out of office.
We do know that Luther Strange was investigating all the governors nefarious deeds to which there was much evidence. We do know he called off the investigation and then accepted the senate appointment.
I guess what we don’t know is why you’d attack known facts.

But those corrupt, deal-cutting liberal Republicans have their candidate, too, in Luther Strange, a man so thoroughly under Mitch McConnell’s thumb there’s nothing left to see of his Abe Lincoln-sized frame. They are pulling out all the stops to try to drag their corrupt lobbyist across the line first. Right now their candidate is losing in every poll, thank God above, but the lead has withered to within the margin of error.

This time it is a fight for the soul of the Republican Party, and it is being played out in the run-off primary election between conservative jurist Roy Moore and scandal-plagued Washington lobbyist Luther Strange.

excellent knowledge - hoping the President and good people of Alabama knows about this before the voting takes place. The last thing we need is another blackmailed politician/judge, etc.

Yes I wanted the NO vote because I dont want obamacare REDUX. Why would we want to pay for other folks premiums. I can barely afford my own. I want this puppy on the backs of the Democrats == not the MAGA party folks. I want Free Market medical insurance ONLY!!
