Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley announced Wednesday plans to subpoena two senior FBI officials to question them about former FBI Director James Comey, opening the door for even more incriminating information to be uncovered about him.
Weve got subpoenas at the Senate counsel office, Grassley told CNN Wednesday, referencing the office responsible for drafting subpoenas. When we get done there, Im gonna have to consult with Sen. Feinstein.
The top ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Diane Feinstein, has been working with Grassley to investigate President Donald Trumps purported connections to Russia, as well as his termination of Comey four months ago.

"Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley announced plans..."Pardon my bluntness, but SCREW this 'announced' business! Issue the subpoenas without warning, take no excuses for noncompliance or requests for delays. Give them as little time as possible for them to compare notes and get their stories straight.
I'm fine with learning about it after-the-fact, rather than getting my hopes up again that someone will finally face tough questioning, rational accountability, and real consequences. I've had my fill of gutless Republicans making empty threats.

Before his Congressional testimony, Comey met with Mueller. Trust me. He got full immunity. Remember how immunity was given to all HRC’s little minions? Same deal. They all work together and have each other’s backs.

I don’t understand why senators are so afraid to issue subpoenas. Give them an invitation to testify and if they decline, send a subpoena. Simple. Effective.
Don’t threaten it, just do it. As many times as is necessary to get at the truth.

Suppose something really, really incriminating comes out. Do the people in charge off the Dept. of Justice have discretion whether or not to prosecute? Is it just up to them whether to prosecute? No legal requirement to prosecute if there are laws that have been broken?
So far, it seems like they are using their discretion just to do nothing concerning many scandals of the last administration.

"retrobates"?Guessing this is either a typo or autocorrect-go-awry, but it's amusingly-appropriate, given some of the other characterizations you suggest of Comey.

Will never happen. All lies. Trump is a liar. Right now he’s in Alabama supporting Rino Luther Strange, a McConnell butt boy.
He just called Sessions great. Sessions is worthless, incompetent and should be fired.
What happened to conservatives?

"Comey kept detailed contemporaneous memos of the one-on-one conversations he had with Trump, which a friend, Columbia Law School professor Daniel Richman, reportedly has turned over to Muellers office already. . .He also testified that he briefed a number of high-level FBI staff about the contents of the memos so that they could corroborate his accounts. Those individuals, who could serve as fact witnesses for Mueller, include Comeys chief of staff, Jim Rybecki; then-FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe; general counsel James A. Baker and McCabes chief counsel. According to Comey, some of those debriefing conversations also included David Bowdich, the FBIs associate deputy director, and Carl Ghattas, the executive assistant director for the national security branch.": All The Presidents Witnesses For The Prosecution 15 posted on 8/29/2017 7:07:46 PM by Fedora

Ask that same question about the Baraq Insane Administration - his corrupt DOG and FBI - and I think you know the answer on prosecutorial discretion. The precedent was set during the past EIGHT long hellish years, whether right or wrong.
