Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley announced Wednesday plans to subpoena two senior FBI officials to question them about former FBI Director James Comey, opening the door for even more incriminating information to be uncovered about him.

Suppose something really, really incriminating comes out. Do the people in charge off the Dept. of Justice have discretion whether or not to prosecute? Is it just up to them whether to prosecute? No legal requirement to prosecute if there are laws that have been broken?

So far, it seems like they are using their discretion just to do nothing concerning many scandals of the last administration.

Ask that same question about the Baraq Insane Administration - his corrupt DOG and FBI - and I think you know the answer on prosecutorial discretion. The precedent was set during the past EIGHT long hellish years, whether right or wrong.
