Using second reference material, in the police shootings, nearly half involved Black or Hispanic officers.
Kind of destroys the meme, that Blacks should fear White Officers/the police more than their own people.
Cut that 15.5 average in half, and we're in the neighborhood of White Officers being involved in officer related gun deaths, of only 1%, the Black on Black deaths.
I need to point out I didn't work up how many of the 700 were Blacks, and of them how many were shot by blacks.
With the incidents so lopsided, I'm not sure it's necessary to come away with an idea which is worse, officer shootings, or populace shootings.
