Considering this is Vermont there will probably be more transracial women than actual women of color.

Ya, certainly they need to have trans gender women there, as such people identify as female. So no female conference can be complete without trans whatevers.
And no female conference can be complete without a strong lesbian presence either. I wonder if this conference will degenerate into a liberal Mish mash ..........

Leadership retreat = chance for university to charge suckers additional bucks to sit around and pick the lint out of their belly buttons.

The Women of Color Leadership Retreat is a gathering of race-bigots.

Yet another “we have to get our story straight” self-pity and hate-fest. The ones excluded will, inevitably, be the bad guys. As usual.
To: Red Badger
All 37 of the attendees will gather in the Green Mountain Boys small meeting room in the Cohen-Greenfield student union.

open only to non-white, female students, faculty and staffAnd how will they determine non-whiteness? Is Cameron Diaz non-white? What about Rashida Jones? Rachel Dolezal? Will the "one drop rule" be in effect? Will it be open to those who are white but self-identify as non-white? Self identify as female?
So many questions.

I have been to Vermont two years in a row and never saw one black person. The libtards of Vermont must look upon anyone not the color of milk as an alien and white guilt social experiment.

That just might be OK *if* the University also sponsored retreats for other groups...including white,Christian, heterosexual,”cisgendered” males.

When I was a graduate student (not in Vermont), Barbara Tuchman came to campus and gave a talk. Only women were allowed to attend.

How inclusive of them.
What do they plan to say that they are ashamed to let the world hear?
