Washington (CNN)US investigators wiretapped former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort under secret court orders before and after the election, sources tell CNN, an extraordinary step involving a high-ranking campaign official now at the center of the Russia meddling probe.
The government snooping continued into early this year, including a period when Manafort was known to talk to President Donald Trump.
Some of the intelligence collected includes communications that sparked concerns among investigators that Manafort had encouraged the Russians to help with the campaign, according to three sources familiar with the investigation. Two of these sources, however, cautioned that the evidence is not conclusive.

The article says that this was under a FISA warrant, just like there was a FISA warrant on Trump. No matter how CNN spins it, the more that comes out the more it shows that the Russia story is not only about Hillary losing. Its to cover up that under Obama FISA warrants were used to spy on Obama's and Hillary's political opponents. Loretta Lynch and James Comey would have known about this even if they didn't authorize it, which they probably did. If there was any evidence of a crime then those two would have acted on it, and if that went nowhere then found a way to leak it.
So, in the end, in spite of spending twice as much as Trump, the cheating by the DNC, the news admitting they were out to stop Trump, Obama encouraging illegal immigrants to vote, and now adding to the list, using FISA warrants to spy on opponents, Hillary still could not win.

Hillary and her husband commit various crimes in pursuit of money, power and higher office. As a fellow Democrat, Obama can’t afford for her to squander her chance as it will reveal flaws in his administration.
Obama decides to unleash his administration to investigate Hillary’s challenger — Donald Trump. Through misuse of law and power, the investigation is launched.
Trump detects the vile intrusions. He announces it and a complicate media belittles his claims to shield the lying Obama administration. To prolong the effort they forward elaborate Russian contact and misdeeds to try and undue the Obama victory.

That gif doesn’t irritate me at all. Obama isn’t in the WH any more. Trump is flushing Obama’s legacy down the drain on a daily basis. It has to be killing the Community Organizer. He thought he was so cool when he could put his feet on the Resolute desk. Now he’s a has-been. Trump is showing him how a real POTUS acts. I see that pic and I imagine Obama gnashing his teeth at Trump. Then he has another bong hit. He’s impotent, relatively speaking. I don’t mind being reminded of that fact.
