I have to scroll down and always catch this repulsive image. Can you have it removed?

You can do it yourself. Capture the url of the graphic in properties then put it in your spam blocker and it will delete all instances where that root comes up on various pages. I had to do this during the Helen Thomas days and also with some clown that posted carton crap all over football threads.
