“I spoke with President Moon of South Korea last night,” Trump tweeted early Sunday morning. “Asked him how Rocket Man is doing. Long gas lines forming in North Korea. Too bad!”
Kim has apparently conducted six nuclear bomb tests and numerous inter-continental missile launches in his attempt to affix a nuclear warhead on a rocket that could reach foreign soil.

He should draw a line and when the guy crosses it take action. You missed the one where he said “(blank) the president” a couple days ago. Now he just used one letter for the word.
In addition to psychological it is physical strategy. Each launch is one less rocket that can cause harm. It lowers arsenal and increases need for funds if replacing. The more he can be goaded into test fires, the lesser threat if we have to attack.
