White House Chief of Staff John Kelly ensured that President Donald Trump was literally surrounded by amnesty boosters the night he agreed to give away a huge, expensive and unpopular amnesty in exchange for an empty bag of “border security” promises.
The September 13 amnesty deal has proved so half-baked and disastrous that Kelly and other top officials have promised to develop a new immigration reform plan within ten days which matches Trump’s 2016 campaign proposals.
The Kelly set-up was exposed by the seating chart, which seated Trump between the two Democratic leaders, Sen. Chuck Schumer and Rep. Nancy Pelosi. According to the Washington Post:
Act One was the dinner itself, a meal of honey sesame crispy beef, sticky rice and chocolate cream pie for dessert, with Schumer and Pelosi flanking Trump on both sides.
Another person in the room was Trump’s congressional relations chief, Marc Short, who is a former president of a Koch brothers’ pro-immigration group. On September 12, he suggested the president should trade his campaign promise of a border wall in exchange for tax-breaks sought by CEOs. On a Friday MSNBC show, Short admitted the September 13 seating was deliberate when he answered a question from MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson about Pelosi being ignored by other politicians at the meeting, saying:
I was there, Hallie … The conversation was one that was very friendly and very jovial, and I don’t recall any conversation about women being left out of the conversation. In fact, we seated Nancy Pelosi right next to the president so her opinions could be heard.
Trump was partly supported in the meeting by Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who asked, “What exactly does the president get out of this deal?” But Ross is also an advocate for using immigration to help companies cut salaries for white-collar professionals.

I think it is on purpose, perhaps to make Trump’s enemies this he is in disarray and not take him seriously. We fall victim to it unfortunately.
I can’t keep track of whom we are to think are the real conservatives and who are fake.
What I do know is we are not inside the white house and are not privy to Trump’s confidence.
I also know stories presented as fact are posted here and somehow without sources even from Breitbart we are supposed to believe...how is that?

I think that was rumors going back many months, but Bannon was not removed until after his interview poo pooing military action on North Korea.
That said, Mooch's opinion that Bannon was obsessed only with pushing his own brand and taking credit for the President's victories was probably the opinion of Trump himself. Bannon was probably kept around only because it kept Breitbart from going bats**** crazy.
Gorka, to my knowledge, quit on his own after Bannon resigned, and no one is quite sure exactly what official position he had in the white house, nor the contents of the resignation he claimed he sent to the President.

This sort of hysteria actually kicks off periodically. I almost said “every few months,” but I think it might be like once a month. Then Trump does something and everybody loves him again. And then time passes and suddenly Trump is under the control of this or that insidious force, only to be released again whenever he makes a victory.

I guess maybe the "true" thing about it is the phrase "introduced legislation." Cruz introduced AMENDMENTS to legislation to expand H1-Bs and greencards. He also voted against amendments by Sessions that would have restricted greencards and H1-Bs, and even spoke some mush about real Americanism while doing it.

Cruz not only supported legalization of illegals during the Gang of Eight fight, he actively did so after the fight was over, despite many people claiming that Cruz was just sitting there lying his ass off to Congress, but not to us, in order to "poison" the bill.
Breitbart itself is principally at fault for spreading this big-lie to cover up Cruz's immigration record.
Breitbart was also taking money from Cruz's donors, giving away polling data from their weekly votes to Cruz's analytics group during the campaign without telling anyone that was the real purpose of the weekly polls (unethical as all hell!), and gave up Breitbart's email lists and even the use of their emails in order to help Cruz send propaganda to all the readers dumb enough to give Breitbart their address.

Meanwhile, what was Breitbart reporting on Trump?
It was: "Trump not really a conservative but great on immigration, just like Ted Cruz!" and "Donald Trump sucks." Even their news articles on bloody polls reported, with glee, whenever Trump was allegedly hurting, shortly before Trump would be victorious anyway. Meanwhile, there was not a single article published on Ted Cruz that was even mildly critical. We learned all of Trumps alleged faults, as exaggerated as possible (remember the bruhaha over eminent domain?), while Breitbart invented Cruz's immigration platform from scratch!
So when you say, "here are the facts." Here are the facts: BREITBART IS FAKE NEWS! They're just the conservative version of it.
