Martin Shkreli, the former pharmaceutical executive who is awaiting sentencing for a fraud conviction, was sent to jail on Wednesday after a federal judge revoked his bail because he had offered $5,000 for a strand of Hillary Clinton’s hair.

Mr. Shkreli, who was free on $5 million bail while he awaited sentencing, had made two Facebook posts offering cash to anyone who could “grab a hair” from Mrs. Clinton during her book tour.

At the hearing in Federal District Court in Brooklyn, Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto said that Mr. Shkreli’s post could be perceived as a true threat.

“That is a solicitation to assault in exchange for money that is not protected by the First Amendment,” she said.

If you can get a piece of hair it can be analyzed for substance abuse. I would love to see what we would get out of Hillary’s hair.

Now, get a hair from Bill, and one from Chelsea, and settle the Webb daddy question once and for all.

So, if someone puts and ad out for physical assaults, such as in “Craigslist”, they can be indicted and put in jail?

I am pretty sure that soliciting criminal acts is itself a criminal act.

I understand, I was just thinking of the “Antifa” ads looking for protesters.

I presume they word the ads carefully enough to avoid explicit solicitation of criminal acts.

"Protesters wanted." No problem, that's perfectly legal.

"Protest". Uh-huh. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink. Yeah. The interested parties know exactly what is meant.

Take one hair from Clinton and go to jail. Clinton takes....never mind. The law does not apply to Clinton.

The feds know full well he didn’t mean for someone to knock her to the ground, rip off her wig and yank out a handful of hair from her scalp.

A tossed drink container or a used fork should be easy enough to “grab” out of the trash is he’s after DNA. If he’s after what meds she’s on, then he’d need that hair.

And it’s clearly okay to “behead” Donald Trump, call for assassination, and violence against him.... and the media and the left cheer. But, don’t say anything about either of the Obama’s or Hillary... that can get you thrown in Jail. Martin Shkreli is a dirtbag and belongs in Jail... So does Kathy Griffith then.
