There was also the Perot factor.

holy crap !!!! The gift that keeps on giving...

The never Trump crowd in the Republican party that backed Hillary after Trump got the nomination are never going to get anything from me(votes or money). Their lack of judgement is even worse than Hillary's.

Oh my.....Like not visiting the Midwest states she had to win but narrowly lost..... Like the basket of deplorables comment straight out of her mouth...... Like rigging against Bernie.....Like campaigning while totally incapacitated.....Like flat out lying about small, but telling, things that were easily verifiable.

“I’m telling ya, if they roped off a small section and sold $25 dollar permits to pee on her decaying body, they’d pay off the national debt in a few years.”

I’d get in line with $300 and a 12 pack of beer.

“I’m starting to wonder why the Democratic Party is still putting up with Hillary at this late date. I know they won’t expel a party member who has become obnoxious to them...”

I’ll guess it has to do with the hundreds of FBI files she ‘borrowed’ while FLOTUS.

I hope she continues to do as many TV interviews like this as possible.

The more her arrogance and delusion is seen the better.

(It worked during the election.)

I just read this personal quote by Ronald Reagan and had to post it. Source is imdb.com

"Politics is not a bad profession. If you succeed there are many rewards; if you disgrace yourself you can always write a book."

From the article:

He (Lauer) quizzed, "Did you make enough mistakes yourself to lose the election?"

Clinton shot back, "Well, I will say no Matt" before launching into a push for her new book.

You cannot make this Shi'ite up! I don't see anyway how this actually helps her in any sense.

She NEEDS to take the blame for losing. That's proper and in the end, nobody forced her to not visit Wisconsin, for example.

Taking blame for your own actions is the sane way people deal with defeat, otherwise, we're all just corks in an angry sea.

Blaming everyone EXCEPT yourself is a sign of mental illness.

Must disagree with Bill Clinton as Dem dark horse in ‘92.

He had the luxury of beating a split ticket when Ross Perot jumped in with the sole purpose of derailing GHWB.

Dukakis lost to GHWB in 1988 with 44% of the vote.

Clinton won in 1992 with a plurality of 43%.

I think we may be talking about different things here.

I was referring to how the Democrat primary field in 1992 was very small, because leading Democrats did not want to take on Bush 41, fearing he would easily defeat them in the general election. So Bill Clinton, who at the time was little known nationally, was able to dominate a small group of primary contenders in the Democrat primaries.

I agree completely about the general election. Nobody ever remembers that Ross Perot was a big factor, and that Bill got only 43% of the vote.

If Bill Clinton had lost the ‘92 election, would we have ever heard again from Hillary?????
