It’s not just the political stuff, though that is a big part. The games have begun to stink and people notice. When the Giants were horrible in the late 60s to the early 80s I watched all 60 min each Sunday. This past Sunday night when the score was only 6-0 I took to watching Star Trek on H&I. And I’m not a big fan of Trek. The game was just that bad.
They're blaming the hurricane. Just like last year when they blamed the election. I really think they know why but corporate heads think if they tell these lies often enough the population will actually believe them.
They believe the line from Goebbels about telling a lie often enough and long enough it will become truth.
We all know why. Last year it was the Olympics and the election. This year it was the hurricane and another distraction that is about to hit. Next year? Something new. The one thing we are sure of is that it has nothing to do with pampered, ungrateful players being disrespectful to our flag, our anthem, and our country, or rude to the fans.
