Where is Maxine Waters? And I don’t want to hear anything about a “dark horse.”

Go to Iowa.

Bring up Zuckerberg, and about one-third of the state have no idea who the ‘kid’ is. Governor Terry ‘Cache’ McAuliffe? Maybe fifty percent remember him being connected to Hillary and that’s an automatic turn-off for them. Sanders could walk into Iowa and spend less than $10,000....winning the caucus yet again.

I’m pulling for a 2020 ‘RAT slate with Zuckerberg as their presidential candidate and Bill de Blasio as his running mate. The image of those two side-by-side makes me smile.

Bernie will be too old. They will draft a younger candidate who thinks just like him. Possibly a Hollywood celebrity.

Useless and meaningless polls this early — as 2016 demonstrated.

Zuckerberg et al, as rich/celebs thinking they have a chance at POTUS because Trump made it, fail to note that Trump spent _decades_ building his national brand as a public leader.

EVERYBODY knew who “Donald Trump” was, to the point of expecting him to run for POTUS - and win - before he actually did (was even a running gag in Bloom County for many years, prompting the comic’s return when joke became reality). EVERYBODY knew Trump was an affable & competent, if eccentric, leader in numerous high-dollar arenas. Wasn’t until he actually had to take political sides that many replaced their respect for him with vitriol, solely because he picked the wrong side (he could just as easily run as a Democrat, and they would have loved him).

Few know who Zuckerberg is, and few who do know anything more than “he started Facebook”. Ditto most other rich & celebs - acknowledged for their narrow contribution, but typically unknown or disliked when they step out of that role.

Overnight success stories usually are years in the making. Trump has been an emerging & winning brand for decades, and has been building toward President for years (”MAGA” trademarked something like 10 years ago).

In addition to Sanders, there are rumors that Joe Biden and Jerry Brown are thinking of running for President in 2020. Talk about a geriatric cohort: all of the above will be at or pushing 80 by the 2020 election. Too bad that they won’t have a 104 year old Robert Byrd to run as well.
