*snip* near the end of the article
On Monday, Alexis Rohde, a lawyer representing the grievance commission, said she was bound by confidentiality rules that prevented her from explaining why the panel had determined the complaint was frivolous.
Because all these complaints are confidential, Im unable to put that before the court, she said.
Judge Harris rejected that explanation, saying it was the first time the commission had used the term frivolous to explain a decision. He also said the rules were clear that the commission needed to investigate.

Whap whap....now get to work complying with the judge's order.
Well, this investigation should last about 30 years, with no conclusions, until it slowly fades away. And, of course, all of its investigations will be withheld from the public because it is, after all, an “ongoing investigation”.
What a joke!! In my opinion, this was aiding and abetting the misprision of a felony of bribery destroying evidence under subpoena. Obstruction of justice is given new definition by these criminals,IMO. What a joke— “disbar”. This is like disbarring a lawyer for MURDER!!
I would surmise they have drafted the conclusion letter before the investigation begins.
It’ll last 2 months with the commission coming back saying nothing found live along
I need to read this later. I already saved the article and it is exciting.
I didn’t think lawyers had to obey the law/s.
The Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission (AGC) is a corrupt organization to its core. Technically, the AGC is a division of Maryland’s Court of Appeals (highest court), which itself wrote out due process in the appellate process. Anyway, the AGC does what it wants, and lies through its teeth to give cover for certain favored attorneys. I’ve had several AGC attorneys lie to me directly. They’re scum. That said, I went through this same process in 2011 trying to get several attorneys disbarred, and I know the process well. Unfortunately, the AGC answers to no one but the Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals is corrupt.
I personally view the secretive nature of AGC panel decisions a mockery of due process and justice.
FWIW, if Judge Harris decides against the Clinton machine, the Court of Appeals (COA) will overturn him. The basis of the decision will be that the COA has sole jurisdiction, and that a circuit court judge cannot interfere.
Any bets on this?
but she's smart enough to be president?
Awesome
Thanks. I was hoping the fix wasn’t in. I’ve just about lost faith in the rule of law. I suspect that I am not alone. The difference between street gangs and the two political parties is one of scale; the street gangs rob, cheat and steal for small stakes.
Why? Does the judge want the Maryland Bar to give them a special award? /s
Probably just the Democrats telling Cankles that it is really time to just fade away or at least STFU and go back to baking some cookies.
How long before Dhimmicraps try to remove this judge?
The Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission is part of the Maryland Democrat political machine.
It is a farce.
These are three very bad actors. Mills particularly.
If our do nothing congress would get off of their whining lazy a$$es and do their job the Hillary fiasco could be concluded with a trial and sentencing and the nation could move on the more pertinent things
Maryland “Freak State” PING!
