RANDOLPH, N.J. (AP) — A school official says dozens of students were detained and ordered to undergo blood and urine testing after a can of beer was discovered at a New Jersey high school football game.
Randolph Superintendent Jennifer Fano said in a letter posted on the district’s website that the can was found Friday night near a student section of the bleachers at Randolph High School.
The students were pulled from the stands and their parents were called so they could be screened for alcohol. Students who refused the screening face suspension under school district policy.

Five non dancers at an all boys high school joined the dance committee just so we could get access to the refrigerators in the cafeteria for the beer. Good times. We still get together for an annual Christmas dinner 40 years later. I have no idea how kids survive in this crazy nanny state.

Guys from the 2 classes ahead of me were coming home with flags draped over them. The school district figured if we weren’t obnoxiously drunk that it might be our last chance to have some beer.
It’s what happens when you give a little person a little power.
“A” can of beer? OH the horror!

The drug crap started around the early 70s. Guess who started teaching around that time.

Littering laws aside, it would be fun to sneak an empty can into every school in the area every week. After a few ‘inspections’ the crowd size would probably dwindle a bit. Then the pre-game searches would start.
Then I might move on to middle school soccer games. See how far I could take it.
Get the kids accustomed to the routine early...

Yet these satanic, control freaks refuse to give students a good education, encourage teenage premarital sex and abortion on demand, often without parental notification. I hate the left with a passion.

It was only near the student section.
Next thing you know these school officials will not allow a daily Bible reading over the intercom system or a prayer said. Oh, wait, they have already done that. Kinda like every time there is a school shooting everyone cry’s how could God let this happen!!! I just kindly remind them that God was not there, they had kicked Him out of schools.
Maybe the local police should use asset forfeiture to seize the high school football stadium.
