President Donald Trump argued Tuesday that his predecessor’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program “is unlawful and unconstitutional and cannot be successfully defended in court.”
But California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who has vowed to lead the so-called “Resistance” to Trump, argued the opposite, claiming that the president’s decision to rescind DACA Tuesday was unconstitutional — though he did not explain why.
“We believe the Trump administration has violated the Constitution, federal law, and certainly we believe wholeheartedly the Trump administration has ignored the American people,” Becerra said, according to the Fresno Bee.
He threatened to sue the administration over rescinding DACA, echoing comments by New York’s governor and attorney general — though none of them explained clearly what part of the Constitution Trump had violated.

That’s nice, it’s a political statement and not a valid legal one.
The fact of the matter is DACA is like Lee not lawful under the Constitution but, was a political executive action which needs to be corrected as called for in the Constitution regarding immigration which, is the Congress.
Feel free to fight it in the court however upon your failure it would have been found to be unconstitutional

California politics has been so corrupted by illegals voting there's probably no hope for change unless there's a powerful federal clampdown on elections. While he was born in the U.S., Becerra is the son of working-class people from Jalisco, Mexico (sources I consulted don't specify whether they were legal or illegal, but I have my suspicions...) He's a typical liberal Democrat and has supported the DREAM act from the beginning.
Does he have a fake law degree from Tijuana? He obviously doesn’t know anything about the U.S. Constitution and the separation of powers.
