Well, it depends on what your definition of “crime” is — if they want to make the arrest statistics look more PC, they can make cell phone use in the car illegal. I’m sure they could get enough white women for that to even out the numbers.

Heh, it is like hearing “It’s a small world”...once you’ve heard it...

As I get older, I have a curious thing happening...when I see something, a road sign, a commercial on television, etc...my mind (occasionally) will instantly and for a split second transpose something ELSE on top of it.

Often, what is transposed is extremely inappropriate and a lot of times completely politically incorrect, and I will burst out in a snicker of an immediately suppressed laugh.

When she asks me what I am laughing at (and I tell her) she rolls her eyes and tells me I have the sense of humor of an 8 year old boy...which in some cases, is certainly true!

Boy, you aren’t kidding.

I was down in Washington DC for the funeral of a Freeper I knew, and the ride back home should have taken 7 hours, but ended up taking nearly 11 hours which killed me since I didn’t get home and in bed until nearly 1:00 AM and had to get up for work at 5:00 AM.

It was infuriating. I can deal with some, but it was just hours of delay followed by hours of delay. I was ready to drive off a cliff.

Thank GOD I don’t have to see the “American Recovery and Reinvestment” signs any more, that cause my blood pressure to spike on a daily basis.

As for dressing like Fauxcohontas with the headress and all (like Zakeet usually posts!) I would pay money for that “dignity”! (It would be improved if Zakeet would throw in some of that hilarious “Gray Beaver um heap big squaw” text! An example of over-policing:

There is a bicycle path near my home. One of the local departments occasionally tasks 2 bicycle officers, one foot patrolman, and two cruisers to enforce the helmet laws on a 1/2 mile stretch of this dedicated pedestrian/cycle path.

SEVEN officers to hand out $50 tickets, for two or three hours. Even to children on tricycles!

This is census data for the City of San Francisco collected by the US Census Bureau.

but accounted for 45.5% of all female arrests in 2013, according to the report from the nonprofit, which works to reduce incarceration.

This would be crime data collected for the FBI by the LEO agencies in SF. This date would be collected in relation to the FBI requirement which would include Sex, Race, Age and immigration status. Residency would not be in this statistic.

The agenda of this writer would not profit by point this out.
