Why does the liberal, tolerant, and enlightened city of San Francisco arrest black women at 13 times the rate of women of other races?

Here is a clue from a real example. My brother-in-law works at a Walgreens store in San Francisco. They have an extremely high rate of theft by people walking out with unpaid merchandise. 99 percent of it is done by black people. At times my brother-in-law has challenged the thieves and has been threatened, one time he got severely punched in the face. That was from a black man, but most of the thefts are by black women.

Because strong black women are only about 3% of the population, it’s much easier for the racist cops to find the black female criminals than the white ones.

These criminals must be wealthy black females. Even rents in SF are through the atmosphere. Just saw a report a 1500 sq ft run of the mill, cookie cutter track homes are averaging in the 1.2 million range. The news hack even showed a pic of an example. I was floored. It probably sold for 17k in 1961.☺

Well, only six percent of women arrested for “female population” are African American, so there’s comfort in that.

I thought it was funny that my spell checker changed trannies to Tyrannies. But then I thought about it and decided taht Trannies are tyrannies. You either humiliate yourself by bowing to their demands or they sick the state on you.

Prostitution and drugs often go hand in hand. Does SF have a higher than average percentage of black prostitutes?

the elephant in the room in regard to crime is that minorities commit and awfully lot of crime well beyond their proportion in society...

of course they're going to get arrested more...
