Just because you get arrested in SF does not mean you live there.
A lot of people commuted a long way in to SF.
My brother-in-law did a 2 hour commute to SF for a couple of years.
The solution is obvious.
White women need to start engaging in more criminal enterprises and end this race crime gap.
Failure to do so is evidence of racism on their part!

Or was law enforcement intimidated by the incomplete and slanted graph above which purposely fails to show any statistic to indicate actual crimes committed in comparison, revealing no research into the likelihood that the arrest statistics were possibly warranted for 13X more crimes committed?
Should the authors of the article be arrested for inciting criminals to increase the statistic from 13X to 15X more arrests when they are encouraged to feel justified in their crimes and thus emboldened to then strike out at the establishment of law and order?
