Hillary Clintons case isnt interesting enough to the public to justify releasing the FBIs files on her, the bureau said this week in rejecting an open-records request by a lawyer seeking to have the former secretary of state punished for perjury.
Ty Clevenger, the lawyer, has been trying to get Mrs. Clinton and her personal lawyers disbarred for their handling of her official emails during her time as secretary of state. Hes met with resistance among lawyers, and now his request for information from the FBIs files has been shot down.
You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the publics interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject, FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told Mr. Clevenger in a letter Monday.
It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the publics interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA, Mr. Hardy wrote.
Mrs. Clinton, is the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, former chief diplomat, former U.S. senator, and former first lady of both the U.S. and Arkansas.
Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch announced that on August 8, 2017, D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department to search the state.gov e-mail accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jacob Sullivan for emails relating to the Benghazi scandal.
This is a major victory. The truth will prevail.

The reality is if Hillary will ever face prison time, those with the ability to prosecute her have about 20-25 years to do it. Death may take her before then.
What “public?” I am interested in Hillary going to prison and if that means getting a hold of those emails so be it.
Can we look square in the camera and blurt out bull$hit?
That is soooooo specious as to be laughable.................IOW, Clinton-esque........................
How do government emails afford one personal privacy of Same? My employer has rights to all and any correspondence while performing my duties both professional and private while I am engaged in doing business on their behalf. We the people are Hillary Clinton’s employer. Not the fib or doj.
Imagine the morale at the FIB & DOH right now??

It’s probably as low as ours, having to watch their Keystone Cops Capers.
Anyone appointed by Obama needs to be gotten rid of. They’re guaranteed Marxist revolutionary types.
They have no legitimate defense. Gov’t credibility is NON-existent. It’s been clear for some time now: Remedy will not come from within.
Now if Hillary Clinton was a Republican or if this request was regarding President Trump, we are sure there would be sufficient public interest. [/sarc]
The FBI needs to be purged of the Obama/Clinton operatives within its ranks.
So it's time to get all the talk show hosts that we can contact to urge their audiences to show Mr. Hardy that we are "interested".
Who’s going to force them? Nothing has worked so far. The election of Trump means spit to them. Good luck in seeing undoctored emails at this point anyway.
