California’s so-called “sanctuary state” bill, introduced by Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León as a direct response to President Donald Trump’s campaign promise to deport “bad hombres” and undocumented immigrants, is well on its way to becoming law.
One of the most contentious legislative issues in a year rife with racial tension, Senate Bill 54 pits nationalists who have long called for the removal of the undocumented community from an increasingly Latino state against advocates on the left who believe the president is unfairly targeting a vulnerable population of Mexican immigrants.
Unless Brown pulls the plug, Californians will likely live in a “sanctuary state” by next year.

Trump warned he would cut funding for Sanctuary cities but I don’t know about a whole state that breaks the law. Trump should take a hard stand and cut all fed aid to CA if they are stupid enough to follow thru with this. Make an example out them. Sometimes pain is the best teacher,
Everything done by the left and progressives requires the ability to print money and create massive debt in our unbacked, fiat currency.
It becomes Mexico.
Congress spends money. It may or may not allow the Executive to interfere with that, but there’s no doubt the Executive can enforce the law. Conspiracy to violate immigration laws is a crime and should get arrests and convictions.
It would violate the federal law.
Cut the FEDERAL money off....
Step 2 - Congress restricts the current 9th court district to matters occurring on the land under the court house building. All other federal matters will come under the supervision one of the two new districts that will be created to handle the cases of the former 9th.
Cut them off of all tax payer funds.
What’s going to happen? They are on their own, in terms of any federal funding, as far as I’m concerned.
Now those are the gentlemanly type of immigrants we need. /s
How’s that going to work out? A real news person would ask them if Texas can become a “Sanctuary State” for the preborn.

I always ask people to imagine - simply what if the US currency was completely gold and silver coins?
Imagine then if California had to collect its taxes in gold and silver, borrow money in gold and silver, pay interest rates on gold and silver held by others, and had to pay gold and silver for its bills?
What would the California nanny-state look like?
Send in federal troops.
Have a military government until they are fit enough to re-join the Union.
Fraudulently documented foreigners should be removed BEFORE they harm or kill Americans.
If they are knowingly allowing non-citizens to vote in National elections, they should have no say in the Electoral College.

They are Mexicans, not immigrants.
They broke in.
Remove them.
Open rebellion. ALL funding to California must end. Keep your damned tax money and figure out how you’re going to survive. And support illegals.
