“”To add injury to insult, the name was taken away from the Native American people who were slaughtered by the American settlers””

There were native Americans who were named Roosevelt? Who woulda’ known? Wonder where their territory/nation was?

“”Can anything be named in anyone’s honor anymore?””

You can bet there won’t be any objection naming ANTHING after obozo or Clinton!!!! Honor - heck no - but that doesn’t matter anymore anyway....

That’s impossible. Democrats can’t be racist.

I just saw a Samuel Adams beer commercial. It had a statue of him. Does this mean he is next?

Actually the FDR Drive should keep it’s name. Ever since it was converted into a limited access parkway 70 years ago it’s been under perpetual reconstruction and the roadway still looks like it was hit by a mortar attack. It has the dubious distinction of being one of the few elevated highways prone to flooding and may be sinking into the East River. A perfect example of of government waste and inefficiency.

I’m waiting for the snowflakes to demand the Robert Moses Causeway out on Long Island be renamed. According to his biography, The Power Broker, Moses’ level of racism would embarrass a klansman. HMMM,better keep my big mouth shut or they’ll get more dumbass ideas.

And “Michael King” is his real name - time to expose that fraud, too, while we’re pitchin’ a fit ...

He’s actually from Ohio. Why wasn’t he buried there?

Chrissy Hynde says it was because his city was gone.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt — who led the nation through the Great Depression

Yes, he unnecessarily led us through it with his ridiculous government schemes.

Also it’s been speculated that when the first parkways were built in the NYC suburbs the reason Moses ordered the overpasses to have low clearances was not so much to keep trucks off those roads but busses as well. The vast majority of Blacks, still couldn’t afford cars and had to depend on public transit. Parkways are racist!! Imagine the leftists blocking traffic on the Belt Parkway during rush hour, with dumbass deBlasio’s blessings, wouldn’t put it past these sh!tbags

Forget about FDR.

Jackie Kennedy’s grandfather was named

.
are you ready?

James Thomas Lee!

Yes, Lee.

Tear down all of the JFK memorials and monuments. No justice, no peace.
