Conservative Treehouse ^ | august 26, 2017 | Sundance

Posted on 08/26/2017 4:55:55 PM PDT by Kalamata

Those Wall Street and Multinational interests that everyone rightly reviews through the prism of globalist advancement are being confronted and dismantled as part of the larger America First economic policy. Gary Cohn has a useful purpose in that his presence settles the nerves of Trump’s domestic economic adversaries, but Cohn’s presence doesn’t change the policy direction of America First at all.

Interesting analysis on why PDJT keeps Cohn around. Food for thought.

Well Cohn sure does not settle the nerves of the American people, anyway the people who elected Trump. Cohn needs to go, Trump can find another to “settle the nerves” of his advisors, if his advisors nerves need settling while he searches for replacement advisors with stronger nerves.

... If that’s not a prime example of how President Trump, Mnuchin and Ross are going about the business of America-First and Gary Cohn being completely irrelevant on the actions and policies, I don’t know a better current example to provide you.

If Cohn was really irrelevant then why does he stick around?

Trump does this stuff all the time. Too many on our side let themselves get fooled by appearances and don’t pay attention to what Trump is getting done.

Yeah, I would love to believe that Sun-dress is right, but I remember between 2004-2008, every time Bush/Rove would do something inexplicably stupid, there would be posters here claiming that it was all part of some grand, "3D chess" strategy. Except that it never was, it was just inexplicably stupid.

Why do you (and I mean “people like you” not you personally) think you know so much more than the President does? Have a little faith!

Freepers have criticized Clinton, W and Obama. They voted Trump in, they’re entitled to raise legitimate concerns. Even Reagan - the best President in my lifetime - made mistakes.

I concluded of a sudden one day during the primary season after I had been wincing repeatedly at the "gaffes" and rudities committed by Trump that it is not productive or wise to second guess that man. If you want what we elected him for then support him in whatever he does or says. His instincts in this are much better than ours. He is bringing much more than a simple Businessman's perspective to the Office. He is bringing the highly successful Real Estate promoter's instincts, those of a man who has bested the best. He has brought his judgment and instinct to a field of robber barons that have no notion of what it is that is opposing them. They will be wrong footed in almost every maneuver.

We and the whole society were rapidly going down the tubes while our leaders observed the niceties of Conservative behavior traditions. We were acting as correct and plodding seals in a bay dominated by orcas.

Perhaps it is morally better for our man to continue to play by the rules of the 1790 Republic, but that leaves our descendants, those who survive the inevitable famines, as beaten down serfs in an oligarchic feudalism.

Sundance aka mark bradman has some thoughtful insights from time to time. Aside from the fascist moderators he uses to mandate no disagreements, my biggest issue with him is his relentlessly positive view of everything that goes on in the trump administration. So, no, a defense of democrat Cohn, a guy who totally disagrees with trumps world view doesnt surprise me.

Be careful with CTH.

I got banned for disagreeing with “Sundance’s” support of HR McMuslum, Cohn and the other East Coast leftists in the White House.

I also disagreed with his enthusiastic support of RyanCare and then discovered “Sundance” (aka Mark Bradman, a grocery clerk in FL) was a Hellary supporter in 2008.

Bradman also has a deep hatred of Breitbart, Bannon & Gorka as well as honest reporters like Sara Carter and Daniel Greenfield...not unlike a typical leftist.

Mark Bradman, like a typical leftwing totalitarian, will shut down any disagreement to maintain his cadre of groupies.
