Phoenix police confirmed the arrest of a handful of people after protesters clashed with law enforcement outside of the Phoenix Convention Center after President Trump wrapped up his speech there Tuesday evening...
Amid the chaos police, wearing riot gear, fired canisters of tear gas or smoke, and flash bangs to disperse protesters as they began to dismantle barricades that were set up for the rally. Williams emphasized that there was only a "small number" of protesters who attempted to break down the barriers, according to Cassidy. Police also said they used pepper balls, not rubber bullets, to help disperse the crowd and no officers were injured.
Phoenix police said in a tweet that they were dealing with "criminal behavior near 2nd St & Monroe." A police helicopter flying overhead ordered demonstrators to leave the area or face possible arrest.

Had the police & state troopers in Charlottesville, Virginia acted in the same manner as the Phoenix Police Department did last night in Phoenix, an innocent woman might still be alive today.
Citizens of Virginia, you can thank your Democrat, Governor and Charlottesville City Council for forcing the police to stand down and do nothing to protect public safety, resulting in an uncontrolled riot and murder of an innocent woman. The blood drips from the hands of McAuliffe and company!!!

I wouldn’t lump Trump supporters into the protester category. From what I’ve heard/seen, peaceful Trump supporters far outnumbered violent protesters and the two factions didn’t tangle, thank you Phoenix PD. This outcome just further demonstrates what a cluster**** setup Charlottesville was, due to the politicians involved .... Leftist Mayor ‘C’ville is capital of the resistance’ Signer & Gov. Carpetbagger Clintonista has 2020 ambitions McAuliffe.
A side question, do police still have Black Maria Wagons or Patty Wagons?
Here’s hoping they arrested that nitwit who kicked the tear-gas canister at the cops and took a second canister fired from a rifle right into Jimmy and the Twins.
And that moron in the Kaepernick jersey who drug him out of the street.
Since the courts won't do anything to them, arrests like this are a badge of honor to them. It gives them street cred in the fascist community.
There were enough that it took tear gas canisters, flash bangs and pepper ball ammunition to disperse them.

FYI, PHX has a Dem anti-Trump mayor and a Dem anti-Trump county sheriff. But the mayor knows better than to let anything happen. And we didn’t need the sheriffs. Cops everywhere.

Pepper balls are said to be fired from paint ball like guns.
One wonders why riot police don’t have paint ball guns to mark specific offenders for arrest. Once in the melee they are splattered with dayglo paint, they can be arrested later.
If the police hadn’t forcefully stopped this “small number” of non-peaceful protestors, thousands would’ve joined them storming the barricades. That small number was a scouting party to see that their limits were.

For all the “hoopla” over the massive ‘resistance’ to Trump that was going to be at this rally, it appears to have been a dud for the Left. The only thing they can claim to have accomplished with their protest appears to have been the entertainment value of the video, now going viral & giving us all a good laugh, of the clown kicking the gas canister back at the police, only to have one fired into his nuts. :-)

I mentioned last night during the Trump rally, that Phoenix P.D tactics were a huge contrast to corrupt Charlottesville P.D. where they literally drank bottled watered while watching mass assaults and brawls.
I’d read the lefts poor showing for the rally was due to the fact many of the anarchist were never paid for the Charlottesville job.
