Colorado’s top prosecutor won’t prosecute an elector who refused to vote for Hillary Clinton even though state law required him to.
Attorney General Cynthia Coffman on Monday announced she won’t charge elector Micheal Baca.
Baca was part of a group that gained national attention in December. The so-called “Hamilton electors” tried to convince electors who were pledged to vote for Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton to unite behind a consensus candidate to deny Trump the presidency. …

No State has ever charged a Faithless Elector, probably because it’s not clear that an Elector can be compelled to vote for a particular person. The Faithless Electors in Colorado were replaced and the Wicked Witch ended up gaining all of Colorado’s 9 Electoral Votes. So along with the Constitutional issue, the Attorney General may have decided “no harm, no foul.”

To subvert the next election! See, this time - Trump won (although the CLinton-democrat-socialist-communist team fought AGAINST seating the legitimate electors from the states Trump won.
But, if the 2020 election (or any future election) were closer, and a blue-state (or ANY state with a democrat-socialist-communist Sec State-Governor-Dept of Justice) had split electors, or unclear electors, or crisis electors like Florida in 2000, or disputed electors, THEN the “country's” ABCNNBCBS news media would swarm that state to subvert the election KNOWING that previous electors would NOT be prosecuted (and would even be encouraged!) to swap their votes against the state and national constitution requirements.
That would be all it takes (a precedence like this one that “legitimizes” illegal counter votes by an elector, and voting AGAINST the actual vote cunt) and the democrats have won. That specific election, and every election after it.
They no longer need to hold elections and primaries, only subvert the electors AFTER the election to go the way the democrat-news media wants.
Agree 100%. We are always talking about upholding laws cuz sooner or later they always affect YOU. The elector should be prosecuted.
