I once saw former President Reagan leaving the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston...which is next door to the hospital where I worked.It was lunch hour and I was on my way to the nearby "Food Court".I waved to him as he was getting into his limo and he seemed to look right at me and wave.It was a very cool moment (even if he wasn't waving at *me*).
His head was still shaved so he must have just recently had his surgery.I wonder if he was being treated there...it *is* considered to be one of the very best cancer treatment centers in the world...along with Sloan-Kettering in NYC and MD Anderson in Texas.
